Squire will provide 6 months’ notice of the affected product’s end of sale date and/or the last day when the affected product can be ordered. This notice will appear on the affected product’s information page on the Squire website and we encourage you to visit this site regularly as it contains other useful product information.

Access to Squire’s Technical Assistance team will be available 7 hours a day, five days a week for a period of 2 years from the end-of-sale date for hardware and software issues. Assistance is available through the support links in the product software.

Spares or replacement parts, where applicable, will be available for a period of 2 years.

Software Compatibility

Squire products will be compatible with the latest two major releases of operating system software for mobile applications, and the latest two major release of browser software for web applications. Mobile applications will operate on Apple’s iOS and iPadOS operating systems and Google’s Android operating system. Web applications will operate on Safari and Google Chromium derived browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It must be understood that it is not possible to guarantee operability with every combination of computer or mobile hardware and software possible. Squire will endeavour to ensure operation across these platforms where reasonable and technically possible.
